Katherine has been our travel agent for a number of years and has always been very helpful and supportive, helping us to put together the best itinerary for our desired vacation and telling us about the little extras to make it special. In March 2020 we were on a cruise which we had booked online through a different company, but when we got caught up in COVID-19 problems, Katherine contacted us to see if she could help us in any way to get back home. Her support and advice was a great help and encouragement to us at a very stressful time! Just one example of what a great person she is! We would definately recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful, reliable professional travel agent.
In the last 5 years all our travel arrangements have been handled by Kat, which includes over 20 Domestic and International Cruises, with relevant flights, accommodation and other associated paraphernalia, We would never consider dealing with anyone else, as at all times her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding.
