Katherine has been our travel agent for a number of years and has always been very helpful and supportive, helping us to put together the best itinerary for our desired vacation and telling us about the little extras to make it special. In March 2020 we were on a cruise which we had booked online through a different company, but when we got caught up in COVID-19 problems, Katherine contacted us to see if she could help us in any way to get back home.
