We have used Kim for many of our holidays, starting from our honeymoon. I now trust her with every holiday. I don’t need to worry if I’m missing out on something when we travel as she has thought of everything. Always picks the greatest location and accommodation. It’s nice knowing that we have a travel agent that knows our family, our budget to give us an amazing holiday.
We recently returned from a family holiday in Japan organised by Kim. The simple summary - “the best family holiday that we’ve been on”, in no small part due to Kim’s expertise. This was the first time we’d worked with a travel expert like Kim and would highly recommend her. From the initial call, Kim took the time to get to know us, understand the type of holiday that we wanted, and the different interests of everyone in the family. Kim then came back with a proposal that included a range of unique experiences based on the different interests of us and our kids. Kim then tweaked the proposal after talking it through with us, landing on a final plan that we were really excited about. Kim regularly updated us as key parts of the trip were booked, and a week out from departure came to our house to talk us fully through the final details. Once in Japan, everything that Kim had organised - transport, hotels, experiences - went fully to plan and has given us lifelong family memories.

Kim helped organise a multi-country family holiday for us. It was complex and at a difficulty time of year.Kim is precisely the type of travel consultant you want: she is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and not afraid to share her views on what she thinks is right for you. She has been to many of the places she recommends so knows the hotels/resorts and locations intimately. She also does not just push the most expensive resort. She works out what is most suitable within your budget. Overall, a delight to deal with and we will use her again!Thanks Kim!

Kim organised our trip of a lifetime for a White Christmas in Canada. Kim encouraged us to stay at the Fairmont Lake Louise and I am so glad we did. It is something that my family will remember forever. The planning was spot on for every aspect of our stay. From the hotels recommended to day tours and activities, everything went off without a hitch. And nothing disappointed. Would highly recommend Kim to any of our friends and family looking to book their overseas holiday. Thanks Kim.

We travelled to Greece France and NewYork last September October and had the pleasure of Kim’s expertise in booking our tours, flights, hotels and transfers. Kim’s experience in this field is second to none. When everything was arranged Kim came to our home to go through the whole 4 week journey double checking that we were happy with all that was booked. Of course we were and everything went to plan. It was comforting that we knew Kim was available to help if we had any issues during our trip. Kim has been my travel agent for more than 15 years and I have always found her to be so easy to deal with. Whether it is a simple trip to New Zealand or a complex around the world, multi-stop itinerary, nothing is too difficult. There is always a smile in her voice when we speak on the phone and she is full of interesting suggestions. That hard to find room in a busy location, no problem. Best travel insurance rate, she has it. I'm looking forward to setting Kim some more travel challenges and seeing her response.

Kim organised our 5 week family trip to Europe in November/ December 2023 and, from the outset, provided exemplary service, countless valuable suggestions & made the entire trip planning process enjoyable & stress free. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the best hotels in Iceland, Spain & Hong Kong, ensured that we were always well positioned. She managed to seamlessly propose an itinerary that worked for us all and we would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to organise a trip with some complexity, Nothing was ever any trouble. We loved the Travel Managers app, which provided a detailed itinerary & travel documents on each of our phones, without the need for wifi to access. We have recently returned from a European trip organised by Kim Mason. We visited Denmark, Paris and London.Right from the first moment I spoke with Kim, she was very professional, organised and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and had many suggestions for things that we might enjoy. She responded quickly to my multiple emails and was able to adapt when I changed the goal posts a couple of times. Everything was well communicated and she took the time to have a final pre-travel meeting where she went over everything in detail and provided all the travel documentation. We felt well prepared for our first European trip.All the travel, transfer and tour arrangements were seamless and well selected. The itinerary worked beautifully and each of the tours were engaging and fun.We will definitely use Kim again when we next travel overseas.We had a blast!

We were fortunate enough to spend a month in UK/Europe in the summer as a family of 4 (two kids under 10 and two adults). We have engaged Kim numerous times to help us organise holidays (from local Australian trips, Fiji and now Europe/UK), and as always, she was brilliant. Highly reliable and responsive, she works within your budget and finds absolute gems to ensure your holiday is exactly what you’re after. We hadn't met Kim when we chose her for a multigenerational European holiday set for April 2020. We are so grateful that Kim was our choice. Not only did she seamlessly plan a spectacular holiday but when covid closed borders weeks before we were to leave, she became advocate, ally and champion - managing flight refunds and generous vouchers for accommodation that would have been beyond our capability and patience.Fast-forward 3 years and she has supported our reinvented plans for now 17 people, grandparents, parents, and five children 10, 8, 5, 5, 22 months. Kim found perfect accommodation for this diverse group - sometimes together in a French country 'Manoir' or a smart Georgian Townhouse in London, or near each other in a mix of family suites/single rooms in perfect hotels across Europe. Transfers were a highlight: proper 'coaches' to carry all luggage and toddler equipment. We had the smoothest of trips, knowing that Kim was at the end of a phone if anything went wrong.

We recently returned from a wonderful trip from Sydney to Perth on Indian Pacific, driving to Broome and sailing to Darwin. It was a great way in Kim did a great job in putting it together for us and all went like clockwork

Kim has been booking holidays for our family since 2017. We live in Melbourne so have never had the opportunity to meet her, yet each time I contact her with our holiday ideas, she is like a good friend we have known for years, ready with excellent advice and recommendations for our trips. Her support and communication is excellent, and her experience and organisational skills are exceptional. She thinks of everything! She navigated us through the COVID cancellations and rebookings seamlessly and has even booked holidays for us that required juggling the needs of three families. Kim was on top of our travel booking from the word go.Kim informed us of all the additional document requirements needed due to COVID and kept us up-to-date of any changes that happened during our travels.Based on her experience with airlines during the pandemic, Kim guided us towards flights she trusted would work, but still focused on getting the best possible deal for us as a family of 3.Booking the aisle seat in the middle section was an awesome recommendation for my solo return flight, too!We couldn't have been happier with Kim's friendly nature and mounds of knowledge and experience, and would highly recommend Kim.

We have been working with Kim for more than 3 years now for domestic and international holidays. This past year, while we haven’t been able to travel, Kim has been at the end of the phone and email each time, rescheduling a booking and providing options. She works so hard for her clients. We have skied in Canada with her and cannot wait to get back one day soon.

We have booked several holidays through Kim and have been spoilt with each of the packages she has put together. From the big international white Christmas to the domestic tropical holidays, each had been tailored to what our family required. Kim's attention to detail with each holiday is superb and we loved incorporating her fun ideas into the trips which we hadn’t thought of. I love how you don't have to lift a finger, Kim does all the work curating the perfect stress free holiday for you. We have been dealing with Kim for 15 years. We do organised tours and customised trips. It’s the customised trips that Kim excels at. Always well organised and hassle free. Once Kim knows your likes and dislikes she always gets the accommodation, location and sightseeing perfect. We are a retired couple so we need everything to go to plan.
