Libby & I visited London, the Cotswolds, Paris, Rome & Florence over a 4 week period. Kim arranged all accommodation and tours in these locations to suit our particular interests of history, art and law, as well as catering for our needs, being a couple in our mid 70's. We even dined in the Eiffel Tower on our anniversary day. Overall the experience was amazing and we would highly recommend Kim's services for a European holiday.

Kim was wonderful in the planning stages of our holiday, she listened to what we were after and came up with a package that suited everyone. Kim did an amazing job leading up to our holiday by providing all the documents and itinerary so that every stage of our holiday was seamless. I’ll definitely be booking with Kim again.

Kim Mason was amazing with helping us organize our Fiji family holiday. She took care of everything from the flights, accommodation, transfers and some family activities for when we were there. We had the most amazing holiday and knowing it was all taken care of before we went was a big weight off of our shoulders. We recently returned from a family holiday in Japan organised by Kim. The simple summary - “the best family holiday that we’ve been on”, in no small part due to Kim’s expertise. This was the first time we’d worked with a travel expert like Kim and would highly recommend her. From the initial call, Kim took the time to get to know us, understand the type of holiday that we wanted, and the different interests of everyone in the family. Kim then came back with a proposal that included a range of unique experiences based on the different interests of us and our kids. Kim then tweaked the proposal after talking it through with us, landing on a final plan that we were really excited about. Kim regularly updated us as key parts of the trip were booked, and a week out from departure came to our house to talk us fully through the final details. Once in Japan, everything that Kim had organised - transport, hotels, experiences - went fully to plan and has given us lifelong family memories.

Kim helped organise a multi-country family holiday for us. It was complex and at a difficulty time of year.Kim is precisely the type of travel consultant you want: she is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and not afraid to share her views on what she thinks is right for you. She has been to many of the places she recommends so knows the hotels/resorts and locations intimately. She also does not just push the most expensive resort. Kim organised our trip of a lifetime for a White Christmas in Canada. Kim encouraged us to stay at the Fairmont Lake Louise and I am so glad we did. It is something that my family will remember forever. The planning was spot on for every aspect of our stay. From the hotels recommended to day tours and activities, everything went off without a hitch. And nothing disappointed. We travelled to Greece France and NewYork last September October and had the pleasure of Kim’s expertise in booking our tours, flights, hotels and transfers. Kim’s experience in this field is second to none. When everything was arranged Kim came to our home to go through the whole 4 week journey double checking that we were happy with all that was booked. Of course we were and everything went to plan. It was comforting that we knew Kim was available to help if we had any issues during our trip. Kim has been my travel agent for more than 15 years and I have always found her to be so easy to deal with. Whether it is a simple trip to New Zealand or a complex around the world, multi-stop itinerary, nothing is too difficult. There is always a smile in her voice when we speak on the phone and she is full of interesting suggestions. That hard to find room in a busy location, no problem. Best travel insurance rate, she has it. I'm looking forward to setting Kim some more travel challenges and seeing her response.

Kim organised our 5 week family trip to Europe in November/ December 2023 and, from the outset, provided exemplary service, countless valuable suggestions & made the entire trip planning process enjoyable & stress free. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the best hotels in Iceland, Spain & Hong Kong, ensured that we were always well positioned. She managed to seamlessly propose an itinerary that worked for us all and we would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to organise a trip with some complexity, Nothing was ever any trouble. We loved the Travel Managers app, which provided a detailed itinerary & travel documents on each of our phones, without the need for wifi to access. We have recently returned from a European trip organised by Kim Mason. We visited Denmark, Paris and London.Right from the first moment I spoke with Kim, she was very professional, organised and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and had many suggestions for things that we might enjoy. She responded quickly to my multiple emails and was able to adapt when I changed the goal posts a couple of times. Everything was well communicated and she took the time to have a final pre-travel meeting where she went over everything in detail and provided all the travel documentation. We felt well prepared for our first European trip.All the travel, transfer and tour arrangements were seamless and well selected. The itinerary worked beautifully and each of the tours were engaging and fun.We will definitely use Kim again when we next travel overseas.We had a blast!

We were fortunate enough to spend a month in UK/Europe in the summer as a family of 4 (two kids under 10 and two adults). We have used Kim for many of our holidays, starting from our honeymoon. I now trust her with every holiday. I don’t need to worry if I’m missing out on something when we travel as she has thought of everything. Always picks the greatest location and accommodation. It’s nice knowing that we have a travel agent that knows our family, our budget to give us an amazing holiday.
