Joanne has over 27 years of experience in the travel industry. Starting out in corporate sales and moving to retail at Castle Hill in 1996 she has worked in and managed award-winning agencies including Harvey World Travel, Travel Advantage and more recently italktravel & Cruise Castle Hill.

Joanne has been our travel consultant for several years and has organised many holidays for us over that time, including Europe, Canada, Japan and New Zealand. She has a vast knowledge of "all things travel", provides excellent suggestions and options for accommodation and tours, and is always happy to research and answer any queries we may have concerning our particular trips.With recent Covid19 cancellations, Joanne obtained our refunds and credits with no stress to us whilst still managing to be cheerful and positive about future holiday plans, (no mean feat in the current environment!!).We certainly intend to keep Joanne as our "Travel Angel", and highly recommend her to anyone considering using her skills and experience.

Joanne organised our 6 week Europe trip back in July, 2019. We had a lot of cities on our bucket list and Joanne helped us to prioritise and determine how much time to spend in each. She made the whole process so easy for us with booking flights, accommodation, train tickets, transfers and everything else we needed. There was not a single hiccup on our whole trip and we had the best time ever thanks to her! Her hotel recommendations were fantastic and she gave us great ideas of what to do in each place. You can tell that she loves her job and has a lot of experience in the industry. We will absolutely use her for future holidays and always recommend her to friends and family!
