Alan gave me a number of options to consider for my trip to Cuba, accommodating my budget and limitations. He definitely presented options I would have never thought of. In addition to this, he offered a value add to my stopover in Mexico City, which saved me time and money. I highly recommend Please Yourself Travel for your travel needs.

Alan and Ginny organized a tour of Cuba and an awesome experience in Jamaica. Their knowledge of the Caribbean and Mexico made our holiday so much easier than it might have been! Everything went smoothly and we had a great holiday. We will be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling in that region

I have been using Alan and Ginny as my travel agents for the last 5 years or so. They are highly professional, friendly and go the extra mile for their clients. My husband and I are adventurous travellers which is something that Alan and Ginny understand and appreciate - they work closely with us to make sure we have the types of holidays we want. When we needed to cut a holiday short due to a hurricane in 2017 they worked extra hard to make sure we got on flights and got home safely - I've never used anyone else since.

He assisted with airline tickets, tour arrangements and additional nights in Havana. The information he provided in advance of our trip was very helpful and always timely. Once again, a wonderful experience with the help of Please Yourself Travel. Over 2.5 year delay due to COVID, 4 of us have just returned from an amazing private tour 'Caucasus Discovery', a combination of a 3 country tour of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia. Each country was unique, as were our welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly guides. We also complement our drivers, so important for keeping us safe throughout the tour. We all agreed this trip was quite special, even for experienced travellers. Not only was there good food and accommodation but it was a completely new travel and learning escapade. We enjoyed many scenic sights, most with cultural significance. At times an emotional rollercoaster. Myself feeling empathy for the people of such diverse cultures in our world today. Most of our travel time was great fun shared with our guides and drivers. A travel adventure not to be missed. We have used the services of Please Yourself Travel on a number of occasions but the biggest and most complicated trips were to India in 2020 and Africa in 2022Both trips were excellently planned and organised, Africa was almost gruelling to get over the line with various disruptions and delays but our travel agents persevered and the end result was very rewarding. Alan was excellent to deal with, went out of his way to get the best available arrangements in place and was willing to be flexible to our ideas and preferences whilst keeping costs reasonably contained.We would recommend this travel agency to anyone seeking a customised trip to areas that they service.

This trip was planned and paid for before Covid and then delayed for 2 years. Alan kept us updated over this period and when we finally traveled everything ran like clockwork. Our tour was handled by three different tour groups due to the number of areas we visited and none were disappointing. We are working with Alan on our next trip and already he he has worked hard finding a great price for business fares.

Once again Alan and Ginny managed our trip with faultless efficiency. We have used PYT for all of our overseas and interstate travel and always felt comfortable with the arrangements. They know what we are interested in and suggested this tour for us and it was great - even if challenging. The “Trip Plans” link proved helpful as a communication tool and had all of the booking arrangements in one site. This saved the need to print itineraries and flight details, helpful at the airport check-in counter. A great tool.

Alan and Ginny organised a three week trip to Mexico for us in November-December 2019. While we usually book our own travel directly it was our first time there, and we were immensely grateful for Alan's help in designing the trip in terms both of efficiency and of curating the experiences, as well as managing any language issues in booking. The high point of our trip was the 8 days we spent driving from Chiapas to the Yucutan with Damian Alvarez, a guide with 9 years experience in archeology as well as a wealth of information on local culture and communities. Alex, our guide for several outings in Merida, was also excellent: PYT's ability to find good guides is one of the key reasons we will definitely work with them again on similar trips. That said, we were also very happy with the accomodation Alan recommended to us, and impressed with his interest in learning about places friends had recommended to us. PYT were very responsive and we felt they understood our wishes: five stars.
