Our Great Southern Rail trip to Brisbane was an excellent experience - all the side trips were excellent especially old Parliament House in Canberra. The rail staff were outstanding in their warmth, helpfulness and organisational skills. Ginny and Alan - Pleaseyourselftravel - ensured that our bookings were hasslefree and we were kept notified of all arrangements. All in all another great experience arranged for us by agreed travel agent.

I couldn’t recommend Alan and Virginia more. The whole process was seamless with discussing travel plans to the end plan coming to life. They listen and understand what you’re travelling for and what you wish to see. They planned a fabulous route and recommended great activities which created memories which will last a lifetime. They answered every question and nothing was too hard for them. They are a wealth of knowledge and we will continue to use them for future trips.

We have again used Alan and Ginny for a trip, this time to Cuba in conjunction with a personally planned excursion in the US. Everything went well and the organisation and communication continues to be very good. Their extensive knowledge of Cuba and their suggestions for a stopover in Mexico City were a great benefit. Our list of destinations planned via their travel agency is varied from Cuba, India, Middle east, Africa, Hawaii and Cape York, all with excellent results.

Our recent trip to Darwin & Penang was the first time we had used Alan & Ginny's services and we are so impressed by the level of service & communication we have received from them. There were some late minute changes to our flights, however Alan was all over it & got it sorted with a modicum of fuss. Our holiday was stress free as a result. We are now using Alan & Ginny's services & experience to plan a 3 mth sojourn to the UK, Ireland & Iceland in 2025 & couldn't be happier with the results. We are not experienced travellers and having Alan & Ginny there at the end of an email or zoom meeting has meant we feel confident & definitely less stressed about the whole thing. We highly recommend Alan & Ginny for all your travel needs.

Thankyou Alan and Ginny for once again putting together our itinerary. Alan, I know that our trip was pretty heavy with continual movement and that you spent a lot of time researching which was appreciated. You are the masters of taking The choice of using trains, especially scenic ones, as our main mode of transport was a good one as was choice of the Nordic countries, The Shetlands, Scotland, Switzerland and a few others in between a good mix. The flow from one to another worked well. Alan thankyou for introducing us to Trip Plans App. It was my security blanket. So easy to see when there was a travel change, to know that even when, for who know why, we had no WIFI I had the updated Trip Plans App to fall back on. Thankyou for the support given with up to date information, suggestions, thoroughness and reliability. This stability made our whole trip flow and allowed us to relax and enjoy. Thankyou. Having used Alan & Ginny twice before, for our travel to Cuba and Mexico, we are again thrilled with our recent holiday in Turkey. Their attention to details as well as the clients needs and preferences is excellent. They are happy to combine our preference for making our own bookings for some locations, with their organisation and recommendations for other parts of the country. We found the travel app they used to provide us with an itinerary to be excellent and a time saver, making life much easier "on the road".
