OK I am over 70 young!, confidence diminishing! So with PYTs help and advice I thought Just do it! I give them Gold Stars for their service. With some general ideas of when and where our holiday could be, we were able to settle on flights and routes quickly. We used the flexibility to book some accomodation and short tours ourselves which were collated into an App that was managed by the agent. We would have preferred to have access to add our notes or bookings. We were confident these booking would be correct and had no problems and knew Alan or Ginny could be accessed quickly if needed. The style of land tour booked was fine but with early starts and quite busy schedules and this is common on many tours. We had an enjoyable time.

Alan and Ginny provided a creative, informed and budget appropriate travel experience. It was an unusual itinerary and yet they managed a perfect way through. They were also on hand during the trip to answer any questions we had. Totally recommend them. It’s nice to have someone make the decisions for you.

We always get great ideas, advice, and options, and can build a perfectly customized trip, including working within our budget. Please Yourself Travel staff along with Cuban Adventures are absolutely OUTSTANDING in their quest to help you enjoy a wonderful holiday. They go above and beyond in assisting with any questions you have before your trip. Alan was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to advise us with the myriad of questions we had, also contacting us out of hours when the need arose. Most agents are not really going to look into all of the details for you. The great thing about Alan and Ginny is that they are flexible in how they book (can be a hotel or Airbnb) and some parts of the experience I will book if it makes more sense, but they can also deliver the entire thing (organise everything if necessary). Enjoy working with them!
