Having used Alan & Ginny twice before, for our travel to Cuba and Mexico, we are again thrilled with our recent holiday in Turkey. Their attention to details as well as the clients needs and preferences is excellent. They are happy to combine our preference for making our own bookings for some locations, with their organisation and recommendations for other parts of the country. We found the travel app they used to provide us with an itinerary to be excellent and a time saver, making life much easier "on the road".

We normally do our own travel planning and booking but knew we needed some advice for Cuba. After speaking to Alan I realised we had very similar views and ideas about travel so took the punt to let him do all the work. Our big 8 week trip of Jamaica, Mexico and Cuba is probably the best trip we have ever taken and I believe it's due to working with a travel agent for the first time in my life. Thank you Alan and Ginny for organizing a trip of a lifetime.....and we'll be back.

Alan and Ginny provided an incredibly valuable and personalised service to my wife and I on our recent trip to Mexico. This was our first time in Mexico and their current insights, previous travelling experiences in Central America and contacts lead to the construction of an exciting and varied itinerary that delivered everything it promised. The standout for us were the tour guides in each of the selected cities who spoke excellent English and were able to take us on more personalised and flexible tours. We highly recommend Alan and Ginny for any tours in Central America.

We have been using Please Yourself Travel to help plan and book our overseas travel since 2017. As experienced independent travellers we value the ideas and support that Alan and Ginny provide when we’re planning our next adventure. And although you always hope things will go smoothly while on holiday sometimes they don’t - like the time we were in the wrong place at the wrong time for both a hurricane and an earthquake. It’s moments like that, having them just an email away to help sort things out that, that make me grateful they’re on my side. I wouldn’t travel with anyone else.

Thank you Alan for all your help in making the idea of adding a week in Havana to our transatlantic crossing and Caribbean cruise recently. We really didn’t have any idea of the practical considerations and you guided us through the processes and booked flights and hotel. Your professionalism and excellent communication with us made everything happen even up to the last moment as we were waiting to fly back to Australia. We have returned from our 14 week holiday in Europe and London. Our holiday was fantastic with our trip going smoothly apart from a couple of train delays which were minor in the scheme of things. We would like to thank and recommend Alan and Ginny Crocker of ‘Please Yourself Travel’ for assisting with our holiday and adding to the hassle free process. Please Yourself Travel put together a 10 day private tour of Greece to better understand its history and its culture towards the end of October.The tour was so was so complete, we're not likely to rush out and look at more 'historical rocks' or ruins for awhile. We opted to have a driver This is not the first time we have worked with Please Yourself Travel which is a compliment in itself, because we now know with confidence, they will listen to what we are wishing to achieve, modify it as and if required, tailor the nature of the tour perfectly and with amazingly diligent detail, ensure everything happens as it should.In summary, we can trust them!With the tours directly organised by Please Yourself Travel for us through 4 countries, they have all worked seamlessly and as planned!Could not recommend them highly enough and now other friends have also used them after being referred tby us Please Yourself Travel.

Once again, the attention to detail is evident when organizing a holiday with Alan and Ginny Crocker. Quick responses to queries are always appreciated. The Trip Plans App was excellent, loaded with my itinerary, flight, accommodation, transfer and tours details. Not only did it reduce paperwork I would have previously taken on a trip but provided easy, portable access to important information. I have recommended to friends to contact Please Yourself Travel, when considering travel planning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Japan definitely a cultural experience. The well planned and detailed itinerary all flowed as per the PYT app which is so much easier and convenient to have at your finger tips. Thanks for organising another enjoyable holiday.
