Deanna has been our personal and company travel agent for thirteen years organisning multiple work and personal trips for us each year. Her incredibly detailed knowledge of desitinations, cruises, hotels, airlines, airport transfers, tailor made tours, sights and places to visit knows no bounds. She is like the walking internet. She is generous with her time and knowledge. Her service is exceptional. She is responsive to queries and helps clarify understanding in a clear and consicse way. We so appreciate Deanna's skills as a travel agent. When we travel overseas it tends to be pretty complicated juggling visits to relatives and sight seeing in obscure places. We keep coming back to Deanna because we know her recommendations for accommodation are so sound and fit our needs and budget perfectly.
