I have been in the industry for 8 years now, I work from a home-based office and have my two little Jack Russell’s beside my lap most the time whilst I work - they really are the best!
My strengths are definitely ensuring my attention to detail in your bookings and providing a seamless itinerary. I am always open to point of contact if something unforeseen may go wrong on your trip (and if not I have a great After Hours team based in Australia to assist) I am always happy to help with any questions you have, whether I have the answer straight up or if I don’t, I sure as heck will find the answer for you with all of the fantastic resources I have access to.
I specialise in travel to Italy, Fiji and Bali. They are three destinations I absolutely love. Italy because of the cuisine, beauty of the land and seaside, siesta time… rich history, the language and the interesting people! So so passionate about food and so am I… I do love to cook which is a fun fact about me.
Fiji, because it really is the happiest place on earth (I guess apart from Disneyland, as they say) I love the ocean! With all their water sports and activities available, it really is one of the best places for families to come together
And Bali, because well who doesn’t, there is also much more to the destination than your regular avid Bali goer thinks there is. Escape Kuta and find Waterfalls up North, quiet surf villages with happening beach clubs in Canggu or a day trip over to Nusa Lembongan for some incredible snorkelling.
I deal mostly with family or solo travellers and can incorporate different ways of travelling these destinations into tailor made itineraries for a personalised and authentic experience just right for you and your budget!

I highly recommend Taylor as a travel agent! Taylor helped plan and book my 2.5 month trip around Europe, travelling to a total of 11 countries including 2 tours with Contiki. My Europe trip would not have been possible without her help. Taylor booked everything including flights, travel insurance, managed and organised my Contiki bookings, booked private transfers to and from the airport, accommodation at great central locations and more. Taylor was always there to help me when needed even after hours. She gave me the best tips and advice for the places I was visiting and provided me with everything I needed to know. Taylor has been wonderful when helping us with our trips. Taylor absolutely nailed my euro summer trip! ! It was my first time overseas and doing it solo for a month was a scary thought but from the day that I first contacted her until after my trip she was amazing. She managed to pull together an amazing trip in a short time frame that ticked off everything I wanted without even knowing myself what I really wanted to do. The trip was everything I could have wished for and more! Taylor was there every step of the way and I was messaging her in Florence at 4am and she was still there helping me and always there if I needed her. Her knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond was amazing and I will 100% be booking more holidays through Taylor, she knows what she's talking about and gives such great advice. Taylor made the process easy in booking for the upcoming Isle of Man TT 2024 in liaising with the package provider and arranging flights to other holidaying destinations whilst in the region.Very good communication during each step takes away the guess work and worry.
