Heather has been managing our travel itinerary for many years now and have never been disappointed, no matter where we have travelled to across the globe, including multiple South Pacific islands, USA, UK and Asia. Nothing is too much trouble and ideas just flow back and forth until we reach agreement, it is never too much trouble, no matter how many emails! Heather went above and beyond to assist in claiming travel insurance when required to return to Australia after hearing my father had passed away and cannot praise Heather enough for advocating for me during this particularly difficult time, helping to claim back monies spent on the remainder of our trip, which was quite a substantial amount. Thank you Heather, yet again, as we will be heading to UK then on a cruise shortly.
Heather is by far the best travel manager we have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond, and then a little further to ensure she exceeds expectations. We have no idea how we operated without her previously, she makes everything easy, seamless and she is such a trusted part of our operations. We trust Heather impeccably, knowing she picks up what we miss and always puts us first. Her response rate is outstanding and she’s always available with all of our questions and concerns, we always leave comfortable that we have everything we need! Just wanted to give a shout out to Heather for not only her fast response to all my enquiries, but her ability to find solutions for issues that arose with my own plans. Thank you, Heather. Over the many travels that I have been on, Heather is and has been an integral part of all of the aspects related to my travel experiences. Heather’s honesty, knowledge and organisational skills are exemplary regarding travel destinations, transportation, flights, heath and safety, insurance and budgeting. Heather is a person that any organisation and/or traveller, would be lucky to have assisting in travel opportunities and experiences. Heather’s ability to problem solve, and to come up with alternatives and solutions in certain travel circumstances has been greatly appreciated. We have used Heather for many of our various travels, in fact after finding her we did not use any other agent.. She is always willing to go that extra mile to assist us and quite often was able to come up with a better and more economical option than the one we were looking at. Some of our travels were a little bit more involved than just booking the one trip often combining a few together which she handled without any difficulty and we never had any problems with all our trips going very smoothly. She always very friendly and most helpful with a lovely smile to make you feel welcome. We look forwward to booking our next trip with her. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
