From the start of planning with Lauren everything was perfectly organised. Her enthusiasm for booking an African holiday was apparent and therefore her selection of hotels and tours and transport did not disappoint. We specifically asked for a hotel in Stone Town which reflected the charm of the destination and Lauren went above and beyond. The hotel is a heritage building which took us back in time. It was grand, old time and just plain spectacular. The transfers with Island express were perfect and on time - we loved our guides and the tours we took. 4 days later we headed to Nungwi and again we loved everything. The hotel was perfect and the staff were amazing. Flights too were great. Thanks Lauren, we will seek your expertise again for our next adventure.
Thank you Lauren for making this trip an absolute winner. Spending time with family that lives on different sides of the planet is always special and more so when paired with a fabulous trip.

Lauren recently booked us a wonderful holiday from Brisbane to Melbourne then onto Fij. This was our first overseas trip and Lauren has been nothing short of amazing. We told her what we wanted and she planned it all perfectly taking all the time, stress and worry out of trying to plan a holiday ourselves. We had a fabulous time and will definitely use Lauren again for our holidays in the future. We highly recommend Lauren to anyone who wants a wealth of knowledge and a hassle free experience.

Lauren recently advised and arranged a weeks holiday for my family in Singapore. She listened to what we wanted as a family and organised a great week catering for these wishes. Lauren put together a great package for us for our recent trip to Japan and South Korea. Having never been to either country before, Lauren's knowledge and experience really made the whole process so easy and she easily adapted with any changes that we wanted to make to our itinerary. She took care of all the finer details including airport transfers which really made us enjoy our holiday without having to worry about anything. Lauren has assisted us with booking numerous holidays over the years. Her knowledge and experience in the industry enable her to provide excellent advice and support with booking and travel options. Our most recent holiday was a trip to Maui with our extended family, with family members from two continents. Her patience and persistence in finding us just the right resort was commendable. She was also very helpful in assisting with our last minute flight cancellation at the beginning of the holiday.Whether the trip is a simple booking or a more complex and longer holiday booking, Lauren is great at pulling everything together. Lauren is a great person to deal with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble - and she knows a lot about so many places - which makes it easy when trying to work out travel plans.
