Lauren put together a great package for us for our recent trip to Japan and South Korea. Having never been to either country before, Lauren's knowledge and experience really made the whole process so easy and she easily adapted with any changes that we wanted to make to our itinerary. She took care of all the finer details including airport transfers which really made us enjoy our holiday without having to worry about anything. Would highly recommend booking your holiday with Lauren.
Lauren has assisted us with booking numerous holidays over the years. Her knowledge and experience in the industry enable her to provide excellent advice and support with booking and travel options. Our most recent holiday was a trip to Maui with our extended family, with family members from two continents. Her patience and persistence in finding us just the right resort was commendable. She was also very helpful in assisting with our last minute flight cancellation at the beginning of the holiday.Whether the trip is a simple booking or a more complex and longer holiday booking, Lauren is great at pulling everything together. Lauren is a great person to deal with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble - and she knows a lot about so many places - which makes it easy when trying to work out travel plans. She always makes valuable suggestions when asked for guidance about what to do and where to go. We thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a good travel agent.
