Xylene was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning as well as the duration of our trip. She was very helpful with everything; figuring out the transportation, hotel bookings, day trip bookings, cruise - every plan we made! During the trip, we also had issues with flight delays where she was very quick to respond to us and assist. Xylene was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful - I’d 100% recommend to everyone.

Xylene acted as the travel agent for myself and my friends as we planed our trip to SE Asia. The support she provided us was amazing - she was extremely thorough, and she didn’t miss any important details. Ate Xy was very responsive to all of our queries and got back to us even outside her working hours. She also provided us with lots of options and information in terms of accommodation, activities/tours, travel requirements. Very hands-on experience overall and I felt very assured that she was on top of all our plans and requests. Really grateful for all her help and guidance for the trip.
