Being an older single and unsure if safe to travel alone Elyse from Travel managers recommended this fantastic tour full of culture and fun times with some happy travellers. Our guide was with us at all times, hotels were excellent. I have had an amazing experience thank you Elyse I will be using you again.

My family and I went to New Zealand for 3 weeks travelling around the South Island. As our first big family holiday with 3 adults and 3 children, organising this trip was quite overwhelming so we decided it would be best to book through a travel agent. We came across Elyse on Facebook and it was the best decision we made!! She was amazing and so helpful. From the beginning, nothing was too much, from booking the flights, accommodation to organising day trips and tours, plus the app that made everything so easy! She was always available to chat to and we had a such a stress free, amazing experience. We can not recommend and speak highly of Elyse enough! Thank you.

Our travel agent was Elyse from Travel Managers and she was beyond amazing! We had the holiday of a life time and it wouldn’t have been possible without Elyse’s perfect planning and itinerary. She was also contactable and helpful whilst we were on our holiday as well if we had any questions. Extremely recommended for the best holiday!

5 countries with tours coordinated along with transfers and flights arranged by Elyse were all without fault. Any enquiries and questions were attended to immediately and assistance over and above the norm were all par for the course. Thank you once again Elyse for such a professional job. Recently Elyse Palmer personal travel manager from Wollongong helped organise our Wedding Anniversary trip. Elyse is an excellent travel manager with huge knowledge and experience worldwide. She provided an efficient, friendly, easy to understand, thorough itinerary. He attention detail was exceptional. She maximised our time and always kept us up to date. Elyse has organised many trips for us & they are always brilliant trips that run smoothly! She goes through the entire trip with us before we leave so that everything is correct & we know anything that could come up just in case. She makes sure that we have all contact details with us - for any tours, Elyse herself, all hotels, our insurance & any other number we may potentially need - both overseas & in Australia. Elyse is always honest with us about everything so that we have the best trip possible even if that means we do not spend the maximum amount of money, Elyse would prefer us have a great & memorable trip than earning more money. When enquiring about a trip Elyse sends me multiple options ranging in prices, how adventurous a trip is, length of trip & age range of tour groups and she goes through the pro & cons of each option & which she thinks would be ideal for us & why.I recommend Elyse to everyone I know & I will continue to use her for as long as she works in travel.

We've booked two family holidays with Elyse now and will definitely continuing using her for the future. She is so helpful during the lead up and planning of the holiday, offering plenty of suggestions and ideas. I'm quite indecisive and found her extremely patient when I went back with different questions or changes.
