I run a busy childcare centre and work hard for travel.. Sonia has made it so easy I tell her where I wanna go and she plans it all, I mean from tickets, hotels, car rentals and even now covid insurance. . I wouldn’t go with anyone else… book your trip with Sonia you’ll never be disappointed! Regards!

Sonia and the team at travel time have been assisting us with our travel arrangements for over a decade now. We travel frequently (ex-COVID) and to some unusual destinations. I would also say we are "high maintenance" clients (i.e. super picky - e.g. I want a tour guide that picks me up at 3:00am so I can catch a shot of the sunrise at the top of the mountain). However that challenge has never daunted Sonia and her team, and they have never failed us. I'm yet to leave for my trip in Sept 2023 and I'm already mentally drafting my next trip schedule for Sonia because I have that much faith it will go as planned.

Recently had a trip to the USA that Sonia organized for us. What I have to say, They did a Profession and amazing job preparing and booking this trip, even when we changed things daily. They listen and always gave good solid advice. our trip was not long and a lot of stop overs. I will use them again to book my next trip at a drop of a hat. Yes will be booking a trip next year to England and back to USA or just England waiting for the boss to decide.Sonia thank you from my wife and I heart.Peter

Whilst in England last year I put my back out badly. I couldn’t sit, sleep, get dressed & more for days & was by myself & due to fly back to Australia in a week. I sent a message to Sonia (who had booked my flights) telling her what had happened & told her that I wouldn’t be able to fly back as scheduled. Over the following few days Sonia was incredibly helpful, gave me invaluable advice & was at the other end of the phone when I needed to speak with her whilst trying to sort out insurance details & future flights (including in the middle of the night in Australia). She was also very quick to help with documents the insurance company needed when I was back in Australia. She is very experienced, kind, considerate & efficient & I highly recommend her to anyone. We have been using Sonia at Travel Time for 6 years now, From our honeymoon to yearly holidays! This year we decided to take a family holiday, and I just wanted to say thank you so much for organising our first family holiday, everything ran so smoothly from our flights to transfers and the hotel. I can highly recommend Sonia Gebrael after she booked a family holiday for us to Hamilton Island to celebrate a milestone birthday. From our initial enquiry to booking and navigating the uncertainty of Covid, Sonia was always professional and efficient, keeping us informed. Sonia has always been very professional in our dealings. We had a major trip booked overseas which got cancelled due to covid. Sonia managed to get most of our outlay back without any effort on our behave. I have booked a few trips with her since and despite all the changing conditions her service has been but first rate. I have used Travel Time for many years to organise overseas travel, cruises and local flights. Everything has been very well organised, all flights, hotels and tours going smoothly. One of our holidays to Italy and Greece involved flights, train trips and organised tours, bus and cruising in the Greek Islands. We went with a group of friends and everything went smoothly.
