Thank you so much Sonia for organising my trip to Fiji. Having not traveled overseas for many years you made the whole process so easy and stress free. Everything ran so smoothly and you did an amazing job. I cannot speak highly enough of you and your company. The only travel agent I will be using for any future trips. Five stars all the way.

Sonia and the team at travel time have been assisting us with our travel arrangements for over a decade now. We travel frequently (ex-COVID) and to some unusual destinations. I would also say we are "high maintenance" clients (i.e. super picky - e.g. I want a tour guide that picks me up at 3:00am so I can catch a shot of the sunrise at the top of the mountain). However that challenge has never daunted Sonia and her team, and they have never failed us. I'm yet to leave for my trip in Sept 2023 and I'm already mentally drafting my next trip schedule for Sonia because I have that much faith it will go as planned.

Recently had a trip to the USA that Sonia organized for us. What I have to say, They did a Profession and amazing job preparing and booking this trip, even when we changed things daily. They listen and always gave good solid advice. our trip was not long and a lot of stop overs. I will use them again to book my next trip at a drop of a hat. Yes will be booking a trip next year to England and back to USA or just England waiting for the boss to decide.Sonia thank you from my wife and I heart.Peter

Sonia and her staff go above and beyond to cater our trips to our needs and budget every time. She listens to our every request and gives her advice based on real experiences. She gets every trip planned to perfection, as a family of six I highly recommend travel time for every trip.

Whilst in England last year I put my back out badly. I couldn’t sit, sleep, get dressed & more for days & was by myself & due to fly back to Australia in a week. I sent a message to Sonia (who had booked my flights) telling her what had happened & told her that I wouldn’t be able to fly back as scheduled. Over the following few days Sonia was incredibly helpful, gave me invaluable advice & was at the other end of the phone when I needed to speak with her whilst trying to sort out insurance details & future flights (including in the middle of the night in Australia). She was also very quick to help with documents the insurance company needed when I was back in Australia. She is very experienced, kind, considerate & efficient & I highly recommend her to anyone. We have been using Sonia at Travel Time for 6 years now, From our honeymoon to yearly holidays! This year we decided to take a family holiday, and I just wanted to say thank you so much for organising our first family holiday, everything ran so smoothly from our flights to transfers and the hotel. You made the process so easy from start to finish! We had the best time and the kids loved Hawaii so much that they didn't want to come back home. We will defiantly be in touch for our next holiday. We’ve had many trips to Europe, Asia & America where we’ve had up to 22 in our group all coming & going for different sections of our extensive trips. A simple local holiday or a complex itinerary for a large group of friends, their attention to detail and one-on-one service are remarkable.
