I have many years experience in the travel and tourism industry and am a CLIA Ambassador, meaning I have done additional training in the cruise industry and also how cruise lines are planning to become environmentally responsible.
I have travelled extensively, and always look out for those little "local known, not tourist known" places in key destinations, to give a culturally immersive experience.
My destination of choice is the Kingdom of Tonga, located about a third of the way between New Zealand and Hawaii, as it is the place to go to see how the real South Pacific people live, without the influence of tourist and international visitors.
