Jay has booked several trips for me over the years but the most unforgettable was his support to get me and my family through a cancelled flight. Jay went above and beyond what a usual travel agent would do and made sure that he arranged me last minute accommodation on a weekend due to a last minute cancellation of a flight by the airline.
