In 2024, my husband and I travelled around Europe. We visited France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Greece. Our minds were at peace before we took off because we knew we were in good hands. Our expert travel agent - Angelo - was just the best. From the moment we first discussed our plans and wishes until our return back to Australia, we just felt safe and comfortable that everything would work out well for us. Angelo is a consummate professional, who knows the travel industry very well but has the ability to reassure us right through the process that everything would work to plan. We were recommended by our friends to contact Angelo and now that we have had such a valuable experience we would not hesitate to recommend him to others for that personal and polished touch.

From the start, Angelo really took the time to understand what I was looking for and put together a brilliant, personalised itinerary that was perfect for celebrating my 50th Birthday and 10th wedding anniversary. Angelo’s expertise was crucial for the most memorable trip to Australia. He was really helpful, professional and keen to detail. He booked for me a round trip from Athens to Melbourne with Qatar business (by far the best airline company with the best business class) and he checked upon my arrival if everything was according to my taste. Early in 2024, my wife and I made a decision to travel around the world and see some great places that we hadn't seen before. We searched online for a travel agent who had the experience and the knowledge to help us build a comprehensive itinerary. In our search, we came across several travel professionals and not all were responsive and timely, except for Angelo Triandos. We found Angelo to be super friendly, generous with his time and understanding of what we were actually after in our travels. He went away and put together a detailed travel plan, that included our flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and experiences, and travel insurance through USA, Europe and Asia. We had a wonderful time, travelling over 4 months, between July and November. Angelo kept in touch during our trip to check-in with us, which was totally unexpected. It is easy to see how dedicated and committed Angelo is in his profession. We highly recommend him to others.

I recently engaged Angelo to organise a small group trip for 8 of us to Europe, which involved flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and a river cruise. It was most refreshing to have someone on the other side of the phone and email to provide me with such professionalism, enthusiasm and competence. Everything went well as planned and managed by Angelo. His attention to detail as well as his support during our trip away was quite incredible. I was referred to Angelo by others based on his experience and knowledge and now I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking for a personal and professional travel agent to arrange their travels.
