I used Lisa to plan a solo 3 month around the world trip. I had a draft itinerary and she helped troubleshoot tour dates and flight availabilities to ensure I would visit every place cost effectively. Lisa booked most of my trip including flights, tours, accommodation and train passes. She made payments simple and clear, with no hidden fees. Lisa sends a hard copy of all your documents in a fantastic travel document folder. This made planning easy and stress free. Family members were glad to see every day of my 80+ day trip had been accounted for! Lisa always replied to my emails in a timely and informative manner, including when travelling. I had an issue with a train in Italy, and she solved it as soon as she started her working day. It was reassuring knowing I had someone who knew exactly where I should be at all times. Lisa also reached out when I returned home.I will be contacting Lisa again to plan my next trip and I highly recommend her services for anyone planning a holiday!

Going on a overseas holiday is always stress free when Lisa helps us to organise everything! Great recommendations and flight bookings for our family getaway meant a fun time had by all :)

For me there is a one-stop-shop when it comes to travel - Lisa Metzl. Her knowledge of how to get you where you want to go with a minimum of fuss and at the cheapest price never fails to impress me. I can ring Lisa with the most daunting of travel plans and she will come back to me in the blink of eye with a selection of itineraries and suggestions. Thanks for getting us to Croatia, Lisa. You took the hassle out of planning and booking and made it easy!
