We are pleased that we meet Tina some years ago when we were looking for travel advice. Tina has been terrific with regards to our travel planning needs and went over and above when we had a scheduled overseas trip booked just before covid which was cancelled, Tina was able to recover monies paid with great success. Since then we have used Tina several times with planning both domestic and overseas travel which has always been a stress free experience. Just returned from an Insight Tour - Britain and Ireland Discovery - and a week in London. This is the third overseas trip Tina has organised for me and once again, she excelled in her organisation and expertise. Her experience, depth of travel knowledge and attention to detail ensured the holiday unfolded without a hiccup. I particularly appreciate her genuine interest in understanding what her clients are looking for in a travel experience and making sure all boxes are ticked. Tina Paschalidis has been our Travel Agent for over 15 years, and we have greatly benefited from her knowledge, experience, caring and fantastic service. Tina has been always professional and diligent in her work, recording our travel plans, creating itineraries, booking suitable flights and making sure we are well looked after. We have formed a great relationship with her we always return from holidays and report back to her about how they went, and how much we enjoyed all the terrific times she had organised for us. Of particular note is her concern with our needs as older travellers so that we do not become exhausted and spoil our time away. There have been many occasions where she has gone out of her way to secure us the best holiday opportunities. Tina is simply the best! Over the past year, she has organized two incredible trips for me, and I couldn’t be happier. I gave her just the basics of what I was looking for, and she came back with several tailored options that perfectly matched my criteria. From flights to accommodation and everything in between, every detail was taken care of flawlessly. The first trip, especially, stood out as I was traveling solo, and her attention to detail made it seamless. We found Tina to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable due to the fact she had personally engaged in a boat sail similar to what we were looking for and gave us the heads up for the different experiences we encountered, especially in her organisation for our pre and post day tours. We can highly recommend Tina from our Croatian experience.

At first I was hesitant to plan a holiday without face to face contact with a travel agent, but Tina was prompt with answering questions, and her guidance and support were fantastic. Tina organised a wonderful holiday which ran smoothly, to plan. I would certainly ask Tina to plan any future trips for us.

Tina looked after us for our 15 day trip to NY! She was professional, wise and knew all the hidden gems for travelling in NY! Then she helped us and our friends to stay in Vegas! We had a ball! Tina also assisted us from Australia when we had a slight issue with our hire car. Nothing was too much trouble! We would highly recommend Tina for any travel advice or experience. Tina is very easy to communicate with and extremely clever with travel all over the world.

We first met Tina at the Chris Watson Travel Expo at Tamworth 2023.We booked an APT trip to Canada and Alaska....a trip of a lifetime. Tina took the time to share her experience with the arrangements, visas, extras explained and we had the best month away.Leaving the country made easy with all connections handled and checked, it was streamlined by her knowledge which is appreciated… and now I’m off to Hawaii with ease and trust in a great professional.
