I love Janine. If I call in, and it's always busy, often chaotic, she somehow manages to find time for my requests, and as a middle aged person with llimited knowledge of technology, she's very patient.Emails are always answered promptly . She's a great asset to Chris Watson Travel.
Janine is seriously one of the best. thank you for being one of the best. Chris put us in contact and he was right!

Janine has been looking after us for many years including during the covid messin all that time there has never been a problem with any of the bookings cancellations and re bookings. All has been handled keeping us informed and providing the best outcomes for us.Cheers.Brian and Judy.
