Alison has organised all of our travel for the past 4 years. I'm not someone who enjoys planning/researching itineraries, hotels, transport etc. and I love that I can give Alison a big picture overview of where I'd like to go and she takes care of everything! Our last trips to New Zealand and Canada/New York were beyond my dreams. I trust Alison so much now that I don't even check out the hotels beforehand and in Canada, it was such a wonderful surprise to turn up at some of the hotels she had booked and discover we were staying there! She's taken the time to get to know me and my family, what we enjoy doing, the sorts of hotels we like to stay at and activities we enjoy. The itinerary for those holidays gave us some of the most wonderful and memorable holidays we could have imagined. She is an absolute delight to deal with, she really cares about her clients and takes care of every little detail and I consider her a friend and trusted Travel Manager.
