We usually book most of our holidays online but with the uncertainty of COVID we chose to book our family trip to NZ through Kerstin. She was amazing throughout ensuring we had the correct paperwork, insurance and advise. She was continually monitoring and keeping us up to date with any changes and was always quick to answer any of our questions. I can highly recommend the accommodation and activities she recommended and booked for our stay. We now also use Kerstin to organise our business travel which helps keep everything hassle free.
