Robyn RainsWow what an amazing wedding and holiday we all had. The flights all went amazing, a few seating changes but otherwise smooth. The wheelchair in Denpasar was fabulous with the guide taking all of us through all the checkpoints to our transport. A great service. (Melbourne airport could learn from them). Have used Sally for a little while now. Everything she has done for us is spot on, no mess no fuss and done right first time. We can't say the same for a couple of others who we had other trips previously booked through. On a couple of occasions now these have fallen to pieces and ended up stuck on the other side of the world with incorrect contact details etc etc. A nightmare. My wife and I recently travelled around Scotland with the wonderful assistance provided by Sally Stein.I originally had an idea just to hire a car and travel around, but after sitting down and chatting with Sally, I realised that I was by no means a travel expert.She asked us what it was we wanted to see in Scotland and gave us first hand knowledge of her experiences of where to go, what to do, and the best way to get there. I had made a list of the 'must sees' of Scotland which she took, and then added in a few other hidden gems, to create an itinerary that suited us.The trip included my original plan to self drive but also involved travel by train, ferry, day tours and pre booked accommodation. This was a great way of breaking up the trip and experiencing everything the country had to offer.She couldn't have been more helpful if she tried.I would definitely recommend contacting Sally to organise your next travel plan.cheers Brian

Sally was referred to us by a friend who has regularly used her service. We researched Alaska/Canada, with a main priority of seeing the Northern Lights, cruising the Inside Passage and the Rocky Mountaineer. Sally advised that the tours we found, whilst excellent, we could bundle them and save. She advised that some hotels we wouldn't arrive until late, so a more expensive room would be wasted. All booked with her, and then within 1 month, our entire trip was cancelled. Sally excelled, managed to find a similar trip, saved us over $1500 and upgraded our cruise! Then 2 weeks before our Northern Lights tour, major bushfires prevented us from visiting. Again, Sally reorganised flights, hotels and tours and we saw the Northern Lights.We were so happy we booked through Sally. She was patient and very knowledgeable on the tours and loopholes to rebook our entire journey. This was done under pressure, but all ended exceptionally well and we had a better trip than was originally planned.

We asked Sally for her recommendations for a Darwin - Broome Kimberley Cruise (there seems to be so many companies). She suggested Coral Adventures and it was hands down the best company to travel with. Sallys expertise and knowledge of the travel industry is second-to-none and she also organised our flights, car hire and accommodation pre and post cruise. Nothing was too much trouble for her - despite my thousand questions! Our holiday was amazing, and I thoroughly recommend Sally for your next bucket list holiday!!

Each time I've booked with Sally she has always made sure to be clear on the travel expectations and seeks out the best options and doesn't try to push on any bookings that are not necessary. She doesn't beat about the bush and will give honest straight up advice and I haven't been disappointed at any stage throughout the bookings of flights, accommodation or travel activities. Her documentation is terrific making sure itinerary etc are all in order making it easy to navigate check in etc. We will continue to book with Sally for our future holidays.
