Sarah is an amazing travel agent. We found her to be conscientious, caring and very capable young lady. She was more than helpful and very though in helping us plan our trip to enable us to see as much as we could in the time we had. We told her what we wanted to see and do and she plan every thing down to the last detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to anyone that needs any assistance whether it be a short or long trip she will set you on the right path.We will definitely be engaging Sarah to help us plan our next trip.

Sarah was enthusiastic about making sure my holiday was a good one, she urged me to speak up if I didn’t like something and she was therefore flexible when it came to rearranging. Sarah was professional and gave very good attention to detail. With her level of organisation I felt secure in the overseas arrangements which she had made. I would certainly book her to assist with any future trips.

Holiday experience was great. Table mountain was closed due to maintenance & flights from Cape Town to Durban, my son Brandon was put on a different flight

An agent who is there when you need her most. Being independent, she is not restricted to strict office hours; so a voice of reassurance when you need it most when away from home and an issue or crises arises. She has proven to be easily contractible, accessible and diligent in meeting my travel needs. Even though I am an experienced traveller, she has provided some good travel advice to myself and friends. Would I recommend her? In a heartbeat.

We had the best family holiday & all thanks goes to Sarah for her guidance, patience & help along the way. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Trying to logistically find accommodation close to other family members, flights, flight seat bookings, transfers - all organised by Sarah - was fantastic! Poor Sarah had to endure my lack of technology at times, but was always there to guide me through the ropes. Thank you so much Sarah. Sarah is just lovely - thoroughly recommend to anyone who is looking to travel. Makes such a difference when everything just falls into place. We will definitely be using your services again Sarah - watch out!!!

Sarah organised our 6 week dream holiday in Canada. I cannot thank Sarah enough for all her assistance. Everything was perfect, from the accommodation, travel arrangements & tours. Sarah knew what we liked and coordinated our trip perfectly. We did have a couple of hiccups during our trip and Sarah efficiently & quickly sorted them out. Sarah has been most helpful in organising flights for my elderly mum, my daughter and myself to Italy and then to Canada. Nothing was too hard in organising assistance for mum. When our flights from Canada to Melbourne were cancelled, Sarah was most helpful in communicating with me the change of flights, almost immediately. Thank you Sarah.
