We have been very happy with Robyn’s care and expertise , it would not have been easy to pick up another file and work the way through it and all of our queries were answered promptly and recommendations made to sort the mess we landed in. We now have a private guide and chauffeur in Wales after our tour was cancelled and Robyn organised it all using her expertise and contacts. She has also booked us a walking tour in Milan with entry to the Last Supper and Duomo with one of her local contacts. We’ve had amazing experiences we hadn’t bargained on with the original booking at the other agency and in a way we are grateful to the pandemic as we have now found our travel advisor for life
Robyn Sinfield is an outstanding travel advisor. We have been using her services for many years. She makes the whole process of booking travel so easy, no matter how complicated it is to put all the separate parts into a cohesive whole. Particularly appreciated is the regular updates outlining progress at every stage so that as clients we can relax knowing everything is under control. She is always very available during trips in case there are issues. Robyn was absolutely brilliant in supporting clients over the last three years during the COVID upheaval. She spent untold hours sorting issues for her clients knowing that it would not result in income. I know these efforts will be remembered by her clients going forward. My wife and I have been travelling for over 30 years and some 10 years ago had the good fortune to meet Robyn Sinfield and her husband Murray. Since changing travel agencies to the Home Travel Company we have been delighted with the personal service we have received from Robyn. She has guided us into achieving outstanding trips within Australia and overseas. Her vast travel experience, guidance and recommendations have been priceless. I have not yet resumed overseas travel in this supposedly post covid period. In fact, I am only travelling domestically for mainly family reasons. Travel is still disrupted and quite difficult at times for someone my age. I am so grateful that I can call on your Home Travel Company to guide me and your many clients through the issues that can arise at any time and when I am ready to head off further I know you will guide me through the international process. During the past round 20 years my late husband Engel and I knew that if issues arose you would resolve our difficulties. These were just examples of the good and competent management that you cover with your experience and expertise at any time of the day or night. For many years Robyn has been our “go to” when planning our travels. Whether domestic or international their organisation of our trips has been flawless. We know that if we hit a roadblock a simple phone call fixes everything. Having decided to cease overseas travel due to covid we have been convinced to once again take up the suitcases and venture out again. Recently Robyn and Murray have arranged our upcoming trip to New Zealand and we know all will be perfect. When speaking to friends planning to travel this fantastic pair is always top of our recommendation list .We wish them continued success and thank them most sincerely for their wonderful friendship
