“Travel”. The word that ignites that fire in my belly, puts a huge smile on my face, creates happiness, memories, relationships, connections and an opportunity to make dreams come true!
I have been lucky to have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. Since I completed my schooling and travel courses I have worked in both retail and wholesale travel and worked my way from a Junior Travel Consultant to a Senior Travel Consultant to Reservations Manager and Training Manager. These roles have required dedication, passion, drive and commitment. The travel industry is so dynamic; each day is different and brings new challenges, opportunities and experiences, which is why I love it so much!
There is nothing better than exploring this amazing world and exploring it with family and friends. My stand-out destinations would be Japan, Fiji, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, New York, and London, travelling throughout Holland and Las Vegas. So many experiences and memories that will stick with me forever.

Just completed a 4-week holiday in the USA with help from Mel Sherry at MTA. She made the process so easy and the mobility was just what we required with both my wife and I working full time. Mel did all the hard work for us and made the whole process fun. More importantly, when we struck weather issues with Hurricane Milton a quick call to Mel and we had peace of mind that all the changes to our itinerary were under control leaving us only the task in front of us at the time. We really appreciate all the effort Mel for the hard work you completed in the background. This was the first time using a mobile booking agent but it will definitely not be the last and we cannot say enough about the quality and attention to every detail that Mel provided for us. Melanie is an absolute professional and helped us design the perfect trip to Japan. She was able to easily amend a couple of last minute changes we required...even whilst we were on the trip. I highly recommend her if you are looking beyond the major sights and want to seesomething a little bit different. I can't wait to book our next trip with Melanie.

Mel was very approachable and fantastic to contact in the planning of our holiday. She provided perfect recommendations for our family and everything she booked for us, suited our needs.
