I cannot speak more highly of the outstanding service we received from Kylie Ford of Travel Managers. This was our first time using Kylie, but definitely won’t be the last. We were faced with a last-minute tour cancellation; however, Kylie swung into action and took full control of finding a new destination and securing accommodation and flights all within a couple of hours. What a blessing this was at such a stressful time. Thank you, Kylie, for your ongoing prompt communication, for sharing your experiences and knowledge, for your patience, and for all the professional help and support we needed. The clear and easy-to-read day-by-day itinerary was brilliant, along with the personalised touches that did not go unnoticed.Kylie’s dedication and passion shine through her work.
