Belle really knows her stuff. I enquired about a relatively new shop and cruise line and she had already been on it, making her so knowledgeable and easily answering all my questions about it. She went above and beyond to book my complicated trip, even working outside business hours to speak with the cruise line's support team overseas to ensure I got the best option, communicating with me the whole time.
