I cannot thank the team at FLY ME NOW enough for their incredible support during a very difficult time. When I suddenly needed to get to my family in the USA for a funeral, they went above and beyond to make sure I was there on time. Not only did they secure my flights, but they also took care of every little detail, from arranging transfers from my home in Western Sydney to the airport, to booking a wonderful hotel where I could relax . Their attention to detail was second to none, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They even handled my visa arrangements, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team truly understood the urgency of the situation and took all the pressure off me. Finding such a professional, compassionate, and reliable agency in a time of such need is something I will always be grateful for. Firstly let me say that our agent is simply amazing, not only very informative but such a funny and entertaining lady who goes above and beyond to make our trip more pleasurable. Not only selecting the best flights but also the accommodation recommendations, the tours, the restaurants everything that was arranged for our trip was flawless. We did not have to worry about a thing and we saved money also. The airline canceled a portion of our flight on the return and our agent not only got us on the next flight but also arranged lounge access for us so we enjoyed the lounge while waiting for the next flight. An amazing experience I would definitely be booking again. Thank you
