I was looking for something extra special and memorable for my daughter and I before she left home for Uni. Melissa delivered a weekend to remember in Gippsland, full of special treats, exceptional accommodation and memories we will both hold for ever. Melissa checked in over the weekend to ensure all was going well and provide an extra little surprise for us. Looking forward to my next weekend treat.

Melissa is so amazing at what she does . Her attention to detail is out of this world . Our weekend away in Phillip island was something we will never forget . A stunning venue, topped with a grazing platter on arrival, a massage for two and dinner organised for our second night . Worth every single cent and much more . After my family purchased a gift certificate for my Husbands 40th birthday we started to organise our getaway. Unfortunately Covid hit and we had two years of uncertainty. Mel kept us in the loop and did all she could to finally find us the perfect getaway when we were all opened up. She hit the brief perfectly and we had the most amazing, relaxing break. Every part of our 2 night secret stay was amazing! The accommodation was gorgeous, just perfect for the two of us. The attention to detail from Mel is exceptional as is the lovely treat bag we received just before our stay. Would 100% book again through Mel, I can't wait for our next secret stay.

Mel is amazing, I had no idea what I needed to book for my snow trip and see sorted it all out. And everything went so smoothly. First time using a travel agent and I will always use Mel as her service is above and beyond and she cares for her clients on another level!
