Having travelled to Europe quite often over the past 10 years, I was keen to start using a TA for my bookings after Covid, rather than booking online.Kirsty has been meticulous in her bookings for me in 2023 and now in 2024, always quick to respond and never complains if I change my mind and need make minor alterations to my original plans.I also had the pleasure to travel to Croatia with Kirsty in 2023 on an escorted tour, where her local knowledge & attention to detail can only be described as of the highest calibre.A true professional in the business of travel

We have used Kirsty for our holidays many times. She is always a wealth of knowledge on the how to, when to and best prices any destination we have thrown at her. More importantly she has been there when we are away even on the otherside of the world. Kirsty looked after us from the first phone call to turning the key to our door when we return home. The after travel service has also been there when making claims with our insurance or issues with airlines. After years of working in the travel industry myself iin a previous life its great to get that old fashion service and know that i am paying the right price. I can't recommend her more highly.
