Nicole was fabulous in providing our family with information and ideas when planning our Europe trip for five. Nicole has planned and organized several overseas trips to Europe and NZ and also several domestic trips. for us . Her planning and attention to detail and meeting our needs have been outstanding. We have had no trouble with schedules, car hire and transfers . Planning was immaculate.

Have been using Nicole for many years and in that time have visited dozens of countries so my recommendation comes with much experience. My wife and I have been extremely impressed by her work ethic and attention to detail. Nothing has been too much trouble and all our adventures have gone smoothly. She is our exclusive “go to” person for any travels. What we love about her is that she is honest with us and always gives us the best advice based on our needs.Unfortunately the ratings only go up to 5 otherwise she would be a 6.

Nicole really cares about you and your needs. Sometimes at the bigger travel agents you’re just a number and they don’t really care about you and what you’re really looking for with your holiday. Nicole goes above and beyond and upside down to accommodate what you need and she’s with you holding your hand until you return from your trip.She organised everything for me and made it super easy. I have never in all my years of travelling and at one point working as a travel agent myself have I ever come across someone who just knows her stuff and truly cares about you have the best experience for your budget. Nicole came highly recommended to me and this year I purchased a trip to Europe for my two kids and I for Christmas.Nicole was able to help navigate the post covid world of silly prices and constantly changing requirements with grace and I know that she found me the best price and route for what I wanted.
