I have always loved travelling and new experiences and knew that I had to work in the travel industry one way or another. For my first 5 years in the travel industry I found myself working for Airlines as Ground Crew/Customer Service. I have worked for both of the major airlines in Australia and an International Airline. I gained knowledge of how airports and airlines work, which is invaluable to my work today. Even my colleagues come to me to help sort out airline problems. From the airlines, I then found my way into being a Travel Consultant in Australia's most well known Travel Agency company. I gained the skills I needed and then found my way into the company I now work in.
My most recent holiday was a cruise on the Disney Wonder cruise ship out of Brisbane. I am a massive Disney fan, having ticked off 3 of the Disney parks in the last 12 months. A month before the cruise I was in Europe, exploring the UK, Italy, Spain and France. My two major bucket list items being Disneyland Paris and a Mediterranean Cruise on Symphony of the Seas. I love Europe and cannot wait to explore it more. European Christmas markets are on my wish list for my next major holiday. Who wouldn't want to do the Christmas markets? Mulled wine, snow and Christmas food!
Earlier trips include the USA where I spent 6 weeks seeing Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando and Boston. Here I also ticked Disney World and Disneyland off my Disney Parks list. Disney World is definitely my favourite Disney Park so far. One of the highlights of this holiday was cruising on the lovely Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady. This cruise was like no other and I had a fantastic time onboard. I was so excited when Virgin Voyages announced they were coming to Australia!
I have also previously experienced 9 different cruises on many cruise lines that sailed from Brisbane or Sydney. I have seen a lot of Australia, even areas that people don't get to due to how remote it is. I have also travelled New Zealand extensively. Can I assist you? Please get in touch!
