Lauren has organised and booked several holidays for us, including a personally guide tour. Lauren is knowledgeable and seeks to find the best deals or the best way to achieve our travel goal. It makes everything easy to manage and any issues that may arise are dealt with with compassion and efficiency. Highly recommended professional travel agent.
She has knowledge of everywhere we wanted to go.. the best seats on the plane to our best hotels . Unfortunately Covid stopped our European dream .. but our flights, car hire, and plans were refunded thanks to Lauren. Our dreams are still intact.. and we will rebook .. we will.. retrace our itinerary and not let Covid derail our travel plans.Heads up to Lauren & Alisha Kelly and their team to secure our refund .

Lauren would have to be one of the best travel agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Her knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced travel agent.

Lauren booked our trip for 2 adults and 3 kids to attend a friend's wedding in Fiji. I left everything in Lauren's hands to find flights, accommodation & transfers within our budget and walking distance to the wedding and she did it on the spot. Saved me the headache and we had the best time!! Highly recommended! Will be booking with Lauren again.
