My husband and I traveled to Tasmania in December 2022, this was our first time visiting and we had absolutely no idea of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Our goal was to have a relaxing holiday that included visiting some of the main tourist destinations without feeling rushed and overwhelmed. Our travel agent Gail put together a fantastic holiday adventure that included everything we wanted and added personal details that we would never have thought about. We had an incredible time and what we loved was having someone else worry about the bookings, organizing the car hire, and all the annoying things that can make holidays a little more stressful. Gail went above and beyond and even provided us with a list of "places to visit" that we could stop and visit on our journey around Tasmania. If you are looking for a travel agent, then I would highly recommend Gail, she is absolutely fabulous!

Gail has being seeing to my travel needs for some time now. No matter where it is I need to travel I trust that she will make the experience a memorable one. Gail ensures I am travel ready, and that I have checked my check list and she provides affordable travel insurance. I have peace of mind that should I get 'stuck' in my travels, that she is available to assist me. Gail's attention to detail is why I ensure my bookings are done through her. I have known Gail Hughes for 16 years. 6 years as my Manager at Beachcomber Tours (no longer operating), selling Africa, Mauritius, Reunion Island and Seychelles, and now socially and as my own Travel Agent. Gail was also born in Africa and has travelled their MANY times. Gail's own travels are very extensive. Gail's thoroughness and knowledge in dealing with her clients is fantastic. Gail Hughes has organised two overseas trip for me and both have been perfect. The first was to South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. The more recent was to Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro. She also organised a trip to South Australia for me and again everything went like clockwork. I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism and have no hestitation in recommending her as a travel agent.

From the first phone call, Gail listened to what we wanted in our travels. She was able to work out a range of itineraries for us that covered all the places and activities we wanted to do. Gail even added in some great suggestions.Nothing is too much trouble for Gail and she goes over and above to make our travel dreams a reality.

My wife and I have been using Gail as our Rest of the World travel agent for a number of years now. She has provided exceptional service to us, from walking with Polar Bears in Canada, Grizzlies in British Columbia, Tigers and Leopards in India, trips to the Kimberley region and Darwin and Kakadu. Future trips are either booked or in the planning, to Svalbard and the Orkney Islands, and the Pantanal in Brazil.It's just a matter of talking to your travel agent so they know how and why you are travelling, the level of comfort you desire and most importantly, budget, as well as backup when required if you need assistance whilst travelling.Gail is fantastic to work with and will keep utilising her travel expertise. Our family members have also used and will continue to use her services.

Gail took the worry out of our travel plans. I travelled with my husband. I am an incomplete paraplegic which means our accommodation and vehicle had to suit my special needs. Gail was careful to ensure our accommodation and tours were wheelchair accessible. She checked with us a few days after we began our holiday to ensure we were happy with everything so far and she reminded us that she was always on hand if we needed anything. It was reassuring to know that. We had a very pleasant holiday.
