We have had the pleasure of having Carli organise our last couple of family holidays to the USA and most recently to Port Douglas. It was so wonderful having an agent who had been to our destinations and able to share her experiences and knowledge. With covid, our Port Douglas holiday was booked three times before we where eventually able to go and Carli always went above and beyond not only booking and rebooking our holiday but assuring that we would have the best experience possible, especially since we hadn't been there before. Having booked many wonderful holidays with Carli, I can’t recommend a more professional and dedicated person than her. She will always go above and beyond so that your trip is a wonderful family memory for life. It’s that personal touch with Carli that makes her stand out from others. Several of our family members have used Carli over the years and the one thing we all agree on is that her attention to detail during all our experiences, being local or overseas, have been nothing but amazing. Nothing is ever too much for her. Can’t recommend this lovely lady enough! AAA+
