Vanessa was recommeded to me. I was very glad I took up the offer. I had used travel agents in my corporate career, but when I started my own business, I felt it was a luxury. Even though I have booked my own domestic & international travel for my own business, I realised that I didn't have to. Vanessa made it easy. I gave her my Loyalty program numbers, told her my preferred flight times (I'm over red eyes), and where I wanted to stay. I would even say she's a mind reader as she booked me with my preferred carrier without me telling her. I am so glad I have found Vanessa, she is quick, effective, and a fantastic communicator. She's reminded me why I prefer to use travel agents and use my time more effectively. Thanks Vanessa.

EVERY obstacle we encountered, Vanessa fixed. EXTREMELY helpful, professional and makes travelling a joy, because you know you have a dedicated person to back you up behind the scenes, if situations arise that are out of our control. We use Vanessa Maloney for within state, domestic travel and international travel. Vanessa always responds promptly to any enquires. A pleasure to deal with. THE BEST THING: no call centre, just a reliable friendly fastidious travel agent that ensures her customers, ALWAYS are looked after and have happy holidays.

Vanessa provides amazing support and advice when doing anything travel. Both internationally and domestically.Would not book a trip with ouy her help somewhere along the way.11/10 stars!!

Vanessa has been our absolutely invaluable Travel Manager since 2019.I cannot recommend her highly enough!!Vanessa has the gift of been able to understand her clients needs and aspirations coupled with providing unique travel experiences to excite their senses.We have had some breathtaking travel experiences thanks to Vanessa and her vast knowledge of what different destinations have to offer. Vanessa helped me plan my overseas study tour in Singapore with an extra leg in Tokyo. Very professional and helpful and allowed me to save money on flights before I even left. Her insights were fantastic and allowed me to make the most of my Experience in Japan with different locations to fly in and out from enabling me to see all the country had to offer. Would recommend and would use again.
