Michelle was very quickly able to prepare an Itinerary for my desired trip to Southern USA in 2025. She was mindful of getting the best prices on the flights - as Qantas had a sale on, closing in just a few days. Michelle compiled my trip package in a timely fashion and made it available online and on the App. Michelle's communications were quickly responsive, thorough and to the point. I am very happy to follow Michelle's suggestions and recommendations, as she has visited the destinations I will be going to and has a lot of 'intel' in this area.

Have booked two family holidays with Michelle and her services are quick and fast. She will answer any questions and be as detailed as possible to make sure you have an easy travel experience. I found this extremely helpful when stuck at airports with changing times/gates etc she was there to clarify. I feel safe to travel anywhere and know she’ll be there for any issues or concerns. Michelle is preparing a holiday for myself and 2 friends to Scandinavia. My wife Jacqui and I visited NY, Washington & San Francisco in October 2023. Michelle organised everything. It could not have gone better. Michelle knew all the best places for us to stay including Times Square. She made suggestions for us to visit. Would not hesitate in using her again. What a task we had for Michelle. Organise a trip for a family of 5 in 7 weeks. We are so unorganised, but thanks to Michelle’s knowledge and contacts, she made it happen. Michelle from Global Travel Network has been able to find me the best accomodation for the price in any country i visit. I travel overseas to the UK regularly for work & sometimes with 4 weeks notice to organise flights & accomodation. Michelle not only finds things quickly, but at the best price! When talking to her for Holidays, her experience & knowledge of where to find the best deals has allowed me to take countless holidays that would have cost me 30k each for around 20k! Michelle now makes all our travel bookings. A few years ago we missed our flight out of London. It was very busy at that time so we were having trouble finding a flight home to Australia. We contacted Michelle who quickly got on the job and found us flights via various countries to get us home. Michelle is a fabulous asset to the travel business. She has a wonderful capacity to listen to her clients needs, and goes above and beyond to try to satisfy all demands - and I can be demanding!! Michelle has looked after both my domestic and international travel for the past ten years. She always has helpful advice when it is requested. She follows through on even minor matters, and always checks in with me to make sure I have done my bit (like applying for visa waivers etc) She has travelled extensively, so often has great advice as to where to stay or what to see. I stumbled across Michelle many years ago when completing an online enquiry for a cruise. We are frequent travellers and finally had found a travel agent that was professional, so very helpful, whilst also providing incredible prices, that others couldn’t match. Michelle was referred to us from a friend and within an hour of speaking with her, our flights for 5 were booked to the USA, even cheaper than any other travel agent quote. Michelle is responsive, witty and nothing we asked for was a problem for her. The app is soo good, even for a dinosaur like me! Highly recommend and we've been travelling to the USA each year for 25 years, i wish i found her sooner!
