I like asking many questions before placing pen to paper and looking at our on-line systems to commence the quote.
It is amazing how much information you can obtain from clients this way and at most times giving them their ideal travel plan experience in the first instance.
I love it when people say "you read my mind and its exactly what I would like" I guess this is where we as an office does excel due to the incredible journey of this business which has been around since 1968 and still going (short of covid-19). We are set for the big reset in travel. we all have at least 25 years in the travel industry so that must account to passion.
