Louisa has been assisting us with our travel requirements (travelling from Australia to Europe and Africa, splitting flights for family members travelling back on different dates, comprehensive travel insurance etc.), in the past and we can’t recommend her highly enough. Louisa is knowledgable, genuinely cares in getting the best deal for her clients and provides a very friendly and highly professional service. We particularly appreciate her flexible availability which is incredibly important where varying time zones come into play and despite (very grateful for this!) never experiencing any travel issues, we know that she would go above and beyond to assist us to her best ability should we get stuck or experience an unexpected problem whilst travelling.
