The service David provided was efficient and prompt. He was able to source excellent accommodation and transport options for us (flights, trains and internal transfers) and was available at any time to assist should we have encountered (which we did not) any problems.

David organised our Ski trip to Japan and his wealth of knowledge and contacts made the trip very much hassle free. We had 3 other families travelling and he organised all the travel for them as well. David was contactable at anytime throughout the trip, which was comforting to know, especially when we had flight issues on our return due to a medical emergency on the plane.
