Briony is the travel agent that everyone wishes they had.We were stuck in Buenos Aires trying to get home to Melbourne when Corona virus caused the shut down of Argentina and other South American countries. Our holiday was cut short and our flights home were cancelled 5 times due to airline and border closures. This made for a very anxious time.We didn't need to call her as she was the one calling us with updates and alternatives. She even tracked us down in BA and rang us on the hotel phone when we were not answering our mobile phone. She got us home on flight number 6! We know of others who couldn't get out of Buenos Aires. They had an agent but they didn’t have Briony.After getting home we rang to thank her for her excellent service. As well as being pleased we got home she had already started the refund process for the cancelled excursions, hotels and flights! That's above and beyond!Thanks Briony! You got us out of a very difficult situation.Paul and Jeanette

We have been booking trips in Australia and overseas with Briony for over 10 years. What can I say, she's extremely honest, reliable, and trustworthy. She always looked after us even when we were overseas. Nothing was too hard for her and she got the best deals etc. There were even times when she recommended something else or would not recommend it. We could always rely on her to get the best deal and even if she couldn't she would help us. Briony is above all a professional, lovely lady who I can highly recommend. But better still she loves her job!

Briony is brilliant and has helped me (any my family) to arrange so many wonderful travel experiences over the years including to: Africa, the Middle East, Asia and to tackle the Kokoda trail. Briony's travel knowledge is amazing and she always has wonderful suggestions for travel options and excursions. Great communication and super responsive. Thanks so much
