I have vast expertise in corporate and group travel, as well as the luxury leisure market which has let me travel extensively throughout the world. I started out managing the inbound tour arm of All Nippon Airways in 1987, which handled luxury tours to Australia for Japanese tourists, where I learnt the importance of true customer service. Since then I have acquired a diverse and extensive wealth of experience in the travel industry in many countries. I have also travelled widely myself, including Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Pakistan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Russia (Trans-Siberian train), most of Europe (East & West) including Scandinavia, Morocco, South Africa, UAE (Dubai), Maldives, USA, Jamaica, Cuba and Ecuador. I have lived for 3-4 years in each of Japan, Spain and France where I also mastered the local languages and understand the cultures and lifestyles. So, I am able to pass on this wealth of knowledge and experience to you and ensure your trip is the best it can be.
