I have booked all of my overseas travel through Jenna-Lee for the past 10 years. She is meticulous with detail, knows all the best recommendations and ensures a seamless, top quality travel that still fits within my travel budget. I feel at ease, knowing every detail has been taken care of and is a far superior experience than I could create myself or with other agents. Overall the experience of planning, booking and taking off is fun, professional and makes me feel safe! Jenna-Lee makes my travel and holidays a wonderful experience, every time.
We started planning our trip to Europe / Italy last year. We returned from our trip 3 weeks ago. Jen did an amazing job of putting our ideas and itinerary together. She gave us quite a few options of places to stay and things to do. Everything Jen organised went very smoothly and no problems. Our accomodation at the various places were all very good. We would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a travel agent.

She organized both our 25th anniversary Mediterranean cruise (and UK holiday) and more recently our 30th anniversary cruise around New Zealand at the start of 2024. My wife and I have just had an amazing holiday in Europe. Every aspect of the holiday was just what we wanted with nothing going wrong. One main reason was that Jenna-lee arranged it for us. You could not find a better person to help you organise a holiday. Jenna-lee is very good because she listens to what you want from your holiday. She asks all the right questions – Where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see? The speed of the holiday (e.g. fast or leisurely)? The things that interest you? The quality of flights and hotel you want to use. Etc.She then provides you with several options so you can make the final decision on what we do and the prices we pay.She provides you with all the documentation and details of your holiday, so you have nothing to worry about. She was always available to answer any questions that came up during our planning and offered so much helpful advice.On top of all that she is friendly and cheerful. We highly recommend her.

I honestly can not praise Jenna enough with her help over the years, not only does she listen to what I’m looking for in a holiday but she goes over and above when creating my itinerary and she knows all the hidden gems and how to experience the authentic culture. She will help you with destinations and experiences that you can’t find online.Jenna is honest, trustworthy and I would recommend her in a heartbeat, I would never use another agent when booking my travel.

Jenna is an amazing travel agent. She has helped me organise trips overseas numerous times. She always replies quickly, is reliable, makes the process easy and always finds me the cheapest flights with the best airlines! Would highly recommend Jenna!!

I was recommended by a friend to see Jenna-lee for help with my trip to Europe. Being a 6 week trip (7 countries that I had been)!… I had a rough idea, but was completely overwhelmed in location/areas to stay/avoid, activities (that I’d actually enjoy and not just what you’re meant to do), also how to get around! when I am so used to driving my own car in my city! Jenna-Lee was incredible! She was so knowledgeable and helpful, she recommended the most amazing places to see and do and kept me well informed on any changes (flights etc). I had the most amazing trip, the flights were great, perfect accommodation, very convenient locations. Jenna-Lee was always so happy to help, even when I forgot to bring my pre-paid tour vouchers and needed them resent to me whilst in Paris nothing was ever a trouble. I highly recommend Jenna-Lee to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, friendly and VERY organised Travel Agent who will help you have the ultimate holiday! I can’t thank her enough!

I wanted to go to certain places in America but I had no idea where to go or what to do so I went to Jenna and Jenna organised a seamless experience on my limited budget. I was supposed to go with a friend but then at the last minute she got pneumonia so then Jenna redid the whole trip for me as a solo traveller.. it could’ve been a disaster but because of Jenna and her wealth of experience and her determination to make it the best trip of my lifetime it was exactly that!

Jenna-Lee helped our family book our first amazing trip to Europe this year. She was incredible to work with, super helpful and attentive. She contacted the airlines on our behalf and took the hassle away from us which was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure we reached our destination with no trouble! We will definitely contact Jenna-Lee to help us book our next dream vacation.
