If you have the opportunity to go to Orange with Vicki for the Sampson street long lunch, grab the opportunity with both hands. Brilliant weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every activity as well as the personalities in the group that Vicki invited. We’ve already booked for next year
We were in two minds about going through a travel agent for our European summer trip - as we thought “everything is available to us online”. However, we were so thankful for Vicki the entire time! She put us in the most fantastic accommodation and locations, all while keeping to our budget. Even our tired travel days felt seamless and exciting, including; a private vintage boat transfer to our hotel wharf in Venice, and a sneaky upgrade to Premium economy on our long flight home. We have definitely been recommending Vicki to family and friends. Bring on the next trip!

Had a wonderful time in Bali. Vicki took care of everything for us, all we had to do was swim up to the bar and wonder down to the buffet.

We have used Vicki Hope from Travel Managers for nearly 10 years now and have recommended her to family and friends. I do not feel comfortable booking my own Travel and why would I when Vicki takes all the worry out of it. She is knowable and very efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she will go over and beyond to ensure your Travel plans run smoothly. Vicki checks In with you when your away to ensure you are happy and everything is going well. Her knowledge of destinations is overwhelming and the suggestions on local tours and activities have ensured our experiences have been maximized to ensure we miss out on nothing. Vicki was very helpful in helping to plan our honeymoon to Hawaii and provided us with excellent advice and recommendations throughout the process of planning the trip. She was also very helpful when we needed any help whilst overseas and made excellent choices in accomodation.

We cannot thank you enough for the great time we had on our recent trip to Thailand. The hotels you booked for us were excellent and in the best locations in each of the places we visited. It made it easy for us to get our bearings and get ourselves around the City/town for sightseeing, shopping, restauranting, etc. We love that all the transfers always go so smoothly which takes away any worries about getting to and from airports especially Bangkok which is a huge city with the expected traffic that goes with that. Thanks Vicki for making my 60th Birthday holiday in Khao Lak - Thailand so special. Maree and I appreciate your thoroughness in making sure our trip was seamless. Loved your recommendation of the resort - Le Meridian Khao Lak. It was tranquil and far enough away from the busy tourist places like Phuket and Paton Beach. We felt like we were the only people in the resort and sometimes we were the only people swimming in the pool and ocean.The service was excellent, the room was more like a suite with pool access. The all inclusive food and drinks package was terrific. The bartenders did not hold back with the cocktails.Can't wait to go back.

THANK YOU Vicki Hope!My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing a long weekend in Orange. We attended the Night Markets, The Sampson St Long Lunch and shine the light on local producers along with 3 wine tours all organised by Vicki Hope.Wow what exceptional customer service! Vicki went above and beyond what we expected from a travel agent. Prior to the trip we received our itinerary and video messages that built excitement for our trip. A gift pack on arrival in our hotel room packed with yummy local produce. Vicki arranged welcome drinks, that provided us with the opportunity to meet the other couples. Messages every morning reminding us where we need to be, and at what time. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I was travelling for the purposes of a fellowship and required specific locations dates on a strict budget.Vicki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of my needs and enquiries. Vicki’s expertise was able to help me save money and reduce cost. If you ever go to The Haag make sure to stay at the Mövenpick hotel it was a spectacular and opulent room on such a tight budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki for any travel needs and look forward to booking my next holiday with her.
