We used Julie O'Grady @ Exclusively Cruising for the 1st time for our recent wonderful European River Cruise plus stays in Budapest, Amsterdam, Paris & Singapore. Julie booked & managed our accommodation, flights ,rail travel & insurance. Her advice, suggestions & continued communication with us throughout the whole process was excellent. Julie's personalised approach to our holiday, plus her knowledge & experience meant that our on board cabin was in a fantastic location & our accommodation in the other cities was excellent. Most of our communication was either phone or emails, but when it came to issuing our tickets, vouchers & insurance policy, Julie made sure that was done in person so that she could personally go through everything with us . We cannot recommend Julie highly enough ( & have done so to family & friends) . All our future travel will be booked through her .
We booked our amazing trip to the Arctic & Finland with Julie from Exclusively Cruising. She was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She organised all flights, hotels & cruise expeditions, getting the most appropriate deals to suit our needs. We had the trip of a lifetime. We will definitely be going back to her for future travel.

Julie arranged a group intrepid booking for 8 girls to Asia as well as some flights and made all feel hassle free. I thought we would drive her crazy but She constantly followed up with us to see that all was completed. We had a group messanger so we could communicate the whole trip. I have already recommended her to others - will definitely use her again. Even down to the final touch of a welcome home card in the mail was above and beyond?

Julie is super responsive, very knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and her attention to all the little details is what I really appreciate. You always get the feeling Julie is completely invested in making sure you have a fabulous holiday

After our travel agent of 20 years retired, I was looking for someone to assist me with booking a family cruise. I knew I was in good hands after the first phone call with Julie. She asked lots of questions to ascertain what would suit our family and what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the different cruise lines and came back to us with options that suited our family and the dates of travel. Julie was also able to assist us with travel insurance. All communication was very prompt and Julie provided extra tips and information I wouldn't have thought of. We've just received all our documents and are very excited about heading off on our trip! Will definately use again.

Julie from Exclusively Cruising put together a wonderful holiday to Norway and the Faroes. Our holiday package was tailor made to suit us and was just what we asked for including some surprise exceptional location hotels in Norway. Breathtaking scenery and a Viking history trail to discover for added interest.

We engaged Julie to help us with flight bookings for our recent trip to Europe. We'd planned out and organised the balance of the trip ourselves (accommodation, rail bookings, activities, etc) but needed the expertise of someone like Julie to help us with our flights. Julie very happily and efficiently organised the flight reservations (including the seats we were seeking) and kept us informed along the way of any airline-initiated changes. As it turned out, one of our original planned flight legs was cancelled by the airline, but Julie very promptly stepped in and sorted out alternative flight arrangements. We can't speak more highly of the service and support we received from Julie, and if she'll have us, we'll be sure to lean on her expertise again for our next trip.

Julie has been our travel Agent for over 20 years and has always provided amazing personalised service. She knows how to take care of her clients, has travelled extensively and brings her experience to the fore when providing suggestions or advice. We have always enjoyed the trips she has organised and would not think of using any other agent.

Just returned from 3 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia which included a fantastic cruise along the Mekong for 7 amazing days. All transfers, side trips, Guides, accommodation and meals were perfectly arranged making the trip even more memorable. Thanks for everything Julie!
